4The inheritance dispute case of Zhang's family (with a dispute value of 50 million yuan)

The agent, Zhang *'s spouse, handled the inheritance dispute of the family estate, which involved the division of assets worth a total of 50 million yuan, including the equity of family enterprises, multiple real estate properties, and financial assets, as well as complex issues such as the determination of the validity of multiple wills and the identification of heirs' qualifications. Chen entrusted attorney Li Yonghui to draft the complaint based on the statements of the parties involved, and submitted important materials such as the divorce certificate and divorce agreement as evidence for filing the case. Before the trial, he/she supplemented and submitted three sets of evidence again. 6In the divorce dispute case between Yu * and Zhang *,

Yao * entrusted attorney Li Yonghui to handle the case. During the trial, the judge required our side to submit evidence of the defendant's cohabitation with a third party. We submitted an application for investigation and evidence collection, requesting to retrieve the defendant's police report records and the account details of the defendant's bank, Alipay, and WeChat accounts. Ultimately, the court ruled that the parties should divorce, with the defendant required to pay 8,000 yuan per month in child support for the two children. Due to the defendant's fault in cohabiting with a third party during the marriage, the woman was awarded 60% of the couple's jointly owned property in the divorce settlement.


7The divorce dispute case between Guo * and Liu *.

Liu * appointed attorney Li Yonghui as his representative as the defendant, and emphasized that he did not want to divorce, hoping to maintain the marriage for the sake of the child, and because Liu * is currently working in Beijing, he hoped to complete the litigation in Beijing. By collecting evidence and submitting a jurisdiction objection application to the People's Court, we successfully transferred the case to the People's Court of Dongcheng District, Beijing. During the trial in the Dongcheng District Court, we acknowledged the other party's claims regarding the marriage registration and the birth of the child, but did not acknowledge the breakdown of the marriage. We believed that occasional arguments between spouses are normal, but they do not directly affect the marital relationship. The couple already have a child, and for the child's healthy growth, our client is willing to make changes and hopes to maintain the marriage. The People's Court of Dongcheng District, Beijing rejected all the plaintiff's claims on the grounds that Guo * failed to submit evidence of the breakdown of the marriage.


Contract and corporate disputes

1. A dispute over a sales contract between a certain building materials company in Anhui and China Railway Sixth Group Co., Ltd.

The plaintiff's agent, Anhui Company, sued to recover more than 1.8 million yuan in unpaid goods. In the face of the defendant's denial of the validity of the transfer of creditor's rights, the plaintiff used case-based retrieval and evidence of the transaction chain to facilitate mediation between the two parties, and the defendant paid off all the unpaid goods in full, helping the private enterprise recover significant operating losses.


2. The dispute case of the shop lease contract between Gong * and Li *

The agent landlord, Gong * sued to terminate the unauthorized sub-leasing of the shop lease contract. In the face of the sub-lessee's request for compensation for more than 1 million yuan in decoration losses, the court ultimately ruled in favor of terminating the contract and vacating the premises, without requiring the agent landlord to bear the responsibility for decoration compensation, thereby avoiding additional losses of more than 1 million yuan for the parties involved.


3. The tax and fee dispute case of the housing lease contract between Wang * and Yang *

The defendant's agent, Yang * , responded to the plaintiff's request for retroactive payment of more than 800,000 yuan in taxes. By reviewing the contractual provisions and legal regulations, the court ultimately ruled that the plaintiff should bear more than 600,000 yuan in personal income tax, while Yang * only needed to pay 200,000 yuan in taxes, significantly reducing the parties' liability burden.


4. The case of Sun *1 and Sun *2 et al. confirming the validity of the contract and resolving the dispute.

Sun *1 entrusted attorney Li Yonghui to act as his representative. The first-instance court held that the house involved in the case belonged to the couple's jointly owned property of the deceased, and the agreements on the disposition of the house in the "Agreement" and the "Supplementary Agreement" had flaws. Therefore, the court ruled to dismiss Sun * Yan's lawsuit. The second-instance court held that the "Agreement" and the "Supplementary Agreement" were the true expressions of the parties' intentions, and their establishment complied with the law. There was no violation of laws or administrative regulations that would lead to their invalidation. Sun *2's claim regarding the performance of the agreement did not affect the validity of the agreement. The first-instance court applied the law incorrectly, so the court reversed the first-instance judgment and confirmed the validity of the two agreements.
