7. A contract dispute case between Beijing ** Logistics Co., Ltd. and Beijing ** Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing ** Logistics Co., Ltd. purchased 10 operating vehicles from Beijing ** Technology Co., Ltd. through the form of "rental instead of purchase", and verbally agreed that Beijing ** Technology Co., Ltd. would handle the vehicle entry permit for Beijing. However, Beijing ** Logistics Co., Ltd. leased the vehicles to other companies at a high price, and the rent was collected by Beijing ** Technology Co., Ltd.
