1. HZ School counter-sued Wen ** for a contract dispute. During the rehearing stage of the counter-suit, the other party claimed to continue to perform the contract and requested that we pay the remaining contract price of 600,000 yuan. After we collected and organized evidence and went through judicial audits, the court ruled to terminate the contract, and we did not need to pay the contract price.

2. In the civil loan dispute case of Li ** from Jinan against Liu ** and Dou **, I represented the defendant to respond to the lawsuit. We argued that there was no fact of civil loan. Based on the evidence collected before the trial, we fully explained in the courtroom that the relationship between the two parties was a trust relationship. We had completed the entrusted matters, and in the end, the plaintiff withdrew the lawsuit after the trial ended.

3. Beijing KLT Company sued THWW Company and Wang ** in a dispute over a sales contract, representing the plaintiff to sue the defendant to pay the contract price. The defendant company has no repayment ability. Through case retrieval and collection of legal opinions, it was fully demonstrated that the defendant's natural person's guarantee period had not passed and was still within the statute of limitations, so he should bear joint and several liability. In the end, the court ruled that the two defendants should bear joint and several liability for the entire contract amount.

4. Representing the plaintiff in the dispute over the right to life, the right to physical integrity, and the right to health involving Gao * and Li * *. After the evaluation of the disability level and the three-stage appraisal, and the collection and fixation of evidence for various losses, the court ruled in favor of our claim for a total compensation of over 410,000 yuan, and awarded over 370,000 yuan in damages.
