What are the requirements for being granted bail pending trial?
To obtain bail, the circumstances stipulated in Article 67 of the Criminal Procedure Law must be met. Those who truthfully confess and cooperate with the investigation are more likely to be granted bail if they pose no danger to society. For corporate crimes, ordinary employees can argue that they did not commit a crime or that the circumstances are minor.
